My work has always been guided by a very clear idea: helping companies understand their true value to make better decisions. I have been working in financial valuation and strategy for 15 years, accompanying entrepreneurs, financial teams, and investors in key moments of growth, transformation, or transaction.
I specialize in business valuation and intangible assets, participating in buy-sell projects, mergers, and purchase price allocations (PPA) under standards such as NIF, IFRS, and US GAAP. I have worked with companies in Mexico, the United States, and various Latin American countries, performing valuations ranging from family businesses to corporate groups with values of up to USD $5 billion.
Before founding Post Capital Value in 2020, I was part of firms and companies such as Ernst & Young, Aeroméxico, and Levin Organization, experiences that gave me a comprehensive vision, both technical and operational.
I deeply believe in independence, ethics, and transparency as the basis of any financial analysis.
